A new unified platform to offer speedier onboarding experience and seamless automated approvals.
Worked on a digital services onboarding administration support solution for a large financial product company. Thorough research to understand the product offerings, sales lifecycle and client onboarding was conducted. User journey maps and opportunity areas were mapped to identify key features of the solution. This also required considering users from all age groups, especially elderly. The function was to be designed to enable a support agent to assist clients with any questions, product help, make settings changes, review finances and goals etc. Application required two versions, client and support admins.
