Product Design Direction and hands-on ideation for data visualization features for specialty asset management function at a large private wealth management firm. Managed a team of 8.

This project was about helping PCAs dealing with the sales and maintenance of specialty assets like Farmland, Timberland, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, to work more efficiently. PCAs required ability to monitor maintenance of assets in real time. Approval workflows were to be designed to effectively channel the work effort depending on the investment size. Project involved redesigning a legacy application built on .NET framework and add features that facilitate property inspections onsite.
