A high visibility fintech initiative to deliver a modern and highly efficient digitized platform for clients to monitor and manage investments, (including assets at other banks). Project included brand refresh and new completely overhauled UI/UX.
A large bank had been using legacy systems and client facing web portals for private wealth clients. This also included functions for front, middle and back office for client and account maintenance. The project aimed at sun setting the old legacy apps and create a brand new digital app and tools with modern outlook and advanced functions and features. The effort required designing a suite of dashboards and widgets for client services and account monitoring and management. Heavy focus on data conversion, redefining banking service model, simplifying workflows and reducing redundant maintenance steps. Automating procedures was also a crucial consideration while designing. This solution works on aggregating multiple experiences into a single coherent experience including managing assets managed at other financial institutions that was facilitated through data heavy and efficient API capabilities. Mobile friendly solution was made available on mobile/ iPad.
