A new platform for customer service and troubleshooting levering big data.
Designed an issue resolution system which utilized logic from client's knowledge database to troubleshoot customer issues with communication services connectivity. The challenge was to create a concept which utilizes big data to form intelligent troubleshoot steps which can help address customer needs and solve their problems. Worked on classifying data based on problem scenarios and match them with an artificial algorithm to propose possible solutions for the technical support to propose to the users. The concept was a simple approach to combine data with AI and encapsulate the solution in a wizard where system asks the technical support questions based on the response on each step of issue resolution.
