INSTITUTIONAL SELF-SERVICE 

A fintech initiative to uplift experience for product catalogue features and request processing for institutional clients.

Financial institutional clients require products and services to manage and operate functions for their holdings and assets, this product was an effort to streamline the product and service selection along with speedy processing of the contracts through automated workflows and improved business processes. The project involved building from scratch new features to handle seamless product catalogue operation and automated the approval workflows. It also provided real-time status updates and comments to be shared across teams for easier collaboration.
